What fun we had yesterday a 4.2k race followed by a run up 28 flights of stairs to the top of the Park Lane Hilton, to be met by Ken Livinstone and a glass of Champagne.

£22k raised for Galvins Chance a charity designed to help disadvantaged young people at risk from gun and knife crime by opening up opportunities for gaining sustainable jobs in the hospitality industry.

Runner number 6 looked in good shape just before the stair climb...

But was somewhat hotter after 475 steps... or was it AudioFuel’s CEO Clare who got him all hot and bothered?

The challenge is to compose music that is palatable and fits the rate.”
