As you know, I'm learning to front crawl at the mo. I'm 5 lessons in and this is how it was looking last week:
Given I could not do a length a month ago, I'm reasonably pleased.
My arse is a bit low in the water, (bring on the wetsuit!) I'm still kicking from the knees, my rotation is poor (especially on the right), and I drag my arm out of the water early on the exit.
Oh yes and...
My hand entry is flat, the stroke is a bit deep.
And I lack stamina.
But not determination.
