We've got a new interval training programme on the drawing board, and you're invited to help join in designing, testing or even coaching on it.
What is Interval Training?
For those who have not tried interval training, put simply intervals are periods of hard work followed by recoveries. Pyramid 180 MAX and MartinYellings 3 Step Intervals are two of the classic AudioFuel interval sessions. Intervals are a great way to get a short effective workout, and they are very popular in our shop and on iTunes.
Please tell us what you want
The first way you can get involved is by telling us what you want from a new intervals session. Fast or slow? long or short? how many intervals? what kind of recoveries? what kind of music?
There is a short questionaire here. We've got some ideas about the direction to take this, but two minutes of your time will help us make something that is right for you, and give us ideas about how we can make it great for you.
Or really be part of it - and get involved.
The second way you can get involved is by joining in. Literally joining in the making, testing, naming and shouting about the new intervals session.
Inspired by the idea of crowdsourcing, where the people who want something making help fund the development of it, here are 5 ways you can join in, from spending £5 by pre-ordering it to a brand partnership. Oh yes, and if you're a fitness trainer, coach or keen to make your very own version. You can.

Be a trailblazer: Pre-Order - £5
Commissioning new music is from talented composers is expensive. We often get asked when the new stuff is coming out so by trail blazing, you are helping us fund the development of new products faster than we would otherwise do. Hopefully you'll feel £5 spent today will help us to help you, and lots of others too!
- You'll be the first to receive the finished session
- You'll also receive the limited edition final pre release 'test pilot' session
- You'll be immortalised on the AudioFuel webpage as a trailblazer
- You'll get a warm feeling that you are helping fund the creation of new AudioFuel
Be an official test pilot - £25
We often invite friends to test drive products in development. We hope some people will spend £25 to become our official test pilots, and get more versions of the new session as it is developed. We'll recognise you by putting your name on the prototype album art for time and memorial. These versions will be very limited editions.
- You'll get limited edition get pre production versions with your name on the Album art of the prototypes and in spoken credits
- You'll be invited to test run with these versions and offer feedback as we do the final mixing and mastering
- You'll also get four digital download copies of the final version for you and two friends or family
- You'll be immortalised with credits on the AudioFuel website
- You'll be helping make a product to keep thousands of people fit and healthy.
Dedicate a track - £75 (15 places)
We expect the newsession to have 15 tracks, so if you'd like to dedicate a track to someone you care about you can. We've done this before, the meta data of track 12 of Adrenaline Junkie 2 was dedicated to Brenda Szomzor who died peacefully 2011.
- You can dedicate a track to a friend hero or loved one.
- The track will have your friends name in it. e.g. 3.Trackname for Eliza Smith
- The track will have your friends name on the album artwork for that track (for sales of albums from our website)
- You'll be invited to appear on the AudioFuel webpage, with a short quote about why you've dedicated the track.
- You will get 10 digital download copies for you and nine friends or family
Be an AudioFuel Intervals Ambassador - £125 - Name (10 places)
There are a few die hard AudioFuel fans. People so dedicated they have bought everything we've ever made. If you are a hardcore AudioFuel fan, then be recognised as one of our ambassadors.
- You'll be forever immortalised with your name on cover, and in spoken credits for sales of the session from all platforms including AudioFuel, iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Google Play, Deezer, Zune and MediaNet
- We'll send you 20 CD's to share with friends and family.
- Your Ambassadorship will be printed on the CD and Album artwork

- The Long Run series including the Virgin logo has over 35k deliveries including Album Sales, Track Sales, Streams, and the AudioFuel App.

and finally.... the guest coach version
You - the coach - £1500
If you want to make your own version, this one is for you.
- We'll help you script your own coached version and record a version of the album with you as the coach
- The version will feature your name and picture on the album art
- You'll get 15% of the revenue from sales of your version of the session from our website and all platforms including iTunes
- You'll get 100 CD's to give to customers, family or friends
- This will be a version of the session that is AudioFuel coached by you
Crowdsourcing - the future?
