This is a high intensity interval training session, (200 beats per minute is fast!) It delivers bursts of near maximum exertion running interspersed 60 second recoveries.
Adrenaline Junkie
After a warm up at 155 BPM the pace and intensity rise. With two 60 second sprints at 190 BPM, then pace cools off. Adrenaline Junkie is a timed session of 45:24 in total.
Excelerator
This is an hour's coach free run, at a run cadence of 165 and 170 BPM. Just pure running music, and a playlist of AudioFuel classics composed by Howie Saunders.
