This is a 22 minute mid intensity interval training session. It delivers bursts of near maximum exertion running interspersed with 60 second recoveries.

This is our longest, mid intensity compilation to date. Steady around 160 BPM, this workout is ideal for runners looking to clock up some kilometres (it works for miles too)!
