Run Faster 1 is a 25 minute interval training session designed to help you increase your running pace.
The run profile was designed by Chrissie to give intervals of 2, 3, and 4 minutes intervals at a fast pace of 175 and 180 BPM. Each interval is followed by a recovery. The session finishes with two 30 second sprints, or 'strides' to really get your legs firing fast.
With training tips and motivational coaching from Chrissie you can train your body and your mind.
For the fittest end of the market there is the full 52-minute session Run Faster 3, as well as the 40 minute Run Faster 2.
