Run Faster 3 is a 52 minute interval training session.

The profile, designed by four time Ironman World Champion Chrissie Wellington is the hardest and longest of her three Run Faster sessions.
 
Its intended to push you to run faster than race pace.
 
In 52 minutes you get intervals of 2, 4 and 6 minutes at a fast pace of 175 and 180 BPM. Each interval is followed by a recovery. The session finishes with four 30 second sprints, or 'strides' to really get your legs firing fast.
 
With training tips and motivational encouragement Run Faster 3 helps you train your body and your mind. 
 
You can also check out shorter versions with the 25 minute session Run Faster 1, or the 40 minute session Run Faster 2.
