Run Faster 1

Run Faster 1 is a 25 minute intervals session. Designed by Chrissie to give 2, 3 and 4 minute intervals at 175 and 180 BPM. Each interval is followed by a recovery.

The session finishes with two 30 second sprints, or 'strides' and a cool down. With tips and motivation from Chrissie to train your body and mind. Go harder and longer with Run Faster 2 or 3. Or buy them all for less and progress through the series.
