Run Easy 2 - The second hour of a 2 hour long run

Run Easy 2 is the second hour of our lower intensity session of our long run series and will help you run a 5 hour marathon. Use the special 10 minute markers in the second hour of Run Easy to build from an hour by adding 10 minutes each week to get to a 2 hour long run.
