Run Wild 1 - The first hour of a 2 hour long run

Run Wild is a faster pace long run for people training for faster marathon times. The full session is 2 hours and goes at a tempo of 165 - 170 beats per minute. With coaching specific to marathon running, walk breaks Run Wild helps you build stamina and mental strength during longer runs.
