Swim Faster

 

 

Swim Faster is for experienced front crawl swimmers wanting to increase their stroke rate.

It is a high intensity 27 minute programme with coaching and music with a beat to match and power your swims, with a cadence from 60 to 75 strokes per minute.

Ride Harder

 

 

To help you train for half or full Ironman Chrissie has recreated her own standard 97 minute indoor bike session for you.

There are also shorter versions of the same workout at 40 and 60 minutes to fit a lunch hour time slot or for those less fit or training for shorter race distances.

Running

Run Faster

 

 

The Run Faster profile was designed by Chrissie to give intervals of between 2 to 6 minutes at a fast pace of 175 and 180 BPM.

Each interval is followed by a recovery. Each of the three sessions finished with 30 second sprints, or 'strides' to really get your legs firing fast.
