Ride Harder 1
Ride Harder 1 is a 40 minute pyramid interval session designed for indoor cycling use on a turbo trainer or spin bike.
After a 5 minute warm up you get interval sets of hard work, at different cadences, followed by recoveries. The first interval is 1 minute long and the top of the pyramid is 5 minutes at a time trial cadence of 92 RPM.
Ride Harder 2 is 60 minutes, Ride Harder 3 is 97 minutes. Get all three for less.
