Half + Full Marathon

To run a half or full marathon you need to train your body to run at a steady tempo for two to three hours. The 'Long Run' is the backbone of half and full marathon training. AudioFuel long runs come in three intensities. If you are training for a 5 hour marathon try Run Easy, for a target finish time of under 4 hours try Run Free, and for a target finish time of under 3.5 hours use Run Wild. Add Polyrunner to Run Free or Run Wild to have a 3 hour long run.
